Errata for Vega FEM v1.1

The following is a list of all known issues in Vega FEM v1.1. These will be incorporated into the next version of Vega.

volumetricMesh.cpp, line 566, change "set->insert(i);" to "set->insert(i+1);"
(does NOT affect the main driver, or core Vega FEM functionality)
