Errata for Vega FEM v2.2

The following is a list of all known issues in Vega FEM v2.2. All issues are already resolved in the latest zip file available for download.

Makefile for the "interactiveDeformableSimulator" driver: need to remove the dependency on "matrix". This dependency is not needed; it can be simply erased from the "SIMULATOR_LIBS" list in the Makefile. Otherwise, "interactiveDeformableSimulator" unnecessarily requires Intel MKL for compilation. Fix incorporated into the distribution on Dec 2, 2015; prior downloads can manually fix this by removing "matrix" from the "SIMULATOR_LIBS" list in utilities/interactiveDeformableSimulator/Makefile.
