Errata for Vega FEM v4.0

The following is a list of all known issues in Vega FEM v4.0. All issues are already resolved in the latest zip file available for download.

Re-organized the source code folders so that all the files that depend on LGPL and GPL dependencies are put into a LGPL and GPL folder, respectively. This has been incorporated into the distribution on Aug 4, 2018.

The Makefile for Apple Mac OS X specified the usage of the Cg library by default. As this library is obsolete, the Makefile was amended to not use it on Jun 6, 2024.
