Prof. Jeffrey Miller is an Associate Professor of Engineering Practice in the Computer Science department at the University of Southern California. He has worked in the field of intelligent transportation systems for over 10 years, specifically focusing on vehicular communication, algorithms for optimal vehicle routing, software simulators, and ethical issues with driverless vehicles. He has given numerous talks on legal and ethical issues with driverless vehicles, and he has been written about or quoted in over 60 articles in the past three years. He also has an interest in STEM education, at the K12, undergraduate, and graduate level. He runs a series of summer camp classes for K12 students each year (http://summercamps.usc.edu).
